A 50% deposit is due with a signed conract. Balance and security deposit ($200) due upon arrival. Rates are subject to Maine lodging tax (7%).

Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Check-in time is
2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
No refund for early departure.
