The Cabin has a footprint of 20’x 32’ to be constructed on your foundation. All framing lumber is direct from the saw mill and is spruce rough sawn timbers, sized as needed. All deck, walls, and sheathing are 2x6 tongue and groove spruce. The windows are wood six over six true divided light, the doors are solid wood, and both the doors and windows come with 5/4 exterior trim. The roof is asphalt shingles. All interior trim and exterior trim will be pine. The porch will have steps and railings to grade. There is a kitchen area, dining area, living room, bedroom, bath, and a covered porch. The second floor features a bedroom and an open loft with a covered porch.

To complete your project you will need someone to prepare your site, install a foundation, septic system, well, plumbing, and electric. You will also need to acquire any and all permits necessary for your project. We can help you with any or all of these items and will be glad to quote you prices for them. We offer upgrades such as: metal roofing, insulation, kitchen and bath cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing and electrical chases. We also can work with you to design a different size cabin and/or alter the floor plan to better suit your needs.
